Refund Policy

Class Cancellation Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to maintain quality instruction and manage class sizes effectively.

Refund Schedule

  • More than 48 hours before class: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
  • 24-48 hours before class: 50% refund of class fee
  • Less than 24 hours: No monetary refund, but full credit toward future class
  • No-show: No refund or credit issued

Workshop and Series Refunds

For multi-session classes and workshops, refunds are prorated based on completed sessions. If you need to withdraw after the first session, you'll receive a refund for remaining sessions minus the processing fee.

Private Instruction Cancellations

Private lessons require 24-hour notice for cancellation. Same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling is available with adequate notice.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel a class due to instructor illness, weather, or insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class at no additional cost.

Material and Firing Fees

Materials used during attended sessions are non-refundable. Firing fees for completed pieces are also non-refundable, as the firing process begins regardless of pickup status.
